The hotel is in a local residential area.
The shower is not comfortable. The hotel is far from city center and it takes about 20 mins by tram to reach the central station.
We came in Rome at 20.00 and didn't had a place to sleep. Luckily Linda had an studio for us, and we felt like we were in heaven. There is everything you need in the studio, and it is only 10 minutes from the Terminale of Rome. The public transport is very easy and cheap. The surrounding of the appartement is very cosy and the restaurant Nicci next to the studio is the best we have eaten in Italy. There are also some cheap pizzaria's nearby, much cheaper than the centre, and a nice cocktailbar. We were truly welcomed by the neigbourhood and felt at home. I forgat some clothes, and Linda was so kind to send them to my next sleeping adress. Thanks a lot!
Good in several points, hospitality, courtoisy, the room are freshly repainted, and quite. Recommanded
A couple of things, like kitchen stuff, sponge and cleaning liquid, salt and peper are not furnished
It's in a bit of a rough area. Misleading information on website--I thought internet and breakfast were included but they are not. There is a kitchenette, but no soap. Blood on the sheets. Try another place.
very nice place to stay, comfortable new furniture, beautiful picture with a boy. Terrace for breakfast with the man's bust (Dzeus), but neighbour's lemons are not reachable. .
No dishwashing liquid in the kitchen, dishes in quite poor condition, but usable. Pan could be better.
Its nice and close to the brunch restaurant Necci which has fantastic food! Well connected public transport by train to termini only taking 15 mins. Good sized rooms with good working air conditioning. However shower water pressure was low and furniture was a little dated but apart form that we had enjoyable stay.
The owner is quite available to help. It is good for the value.
It is difficult to find and the zone isn't the best. To go in the city centre you have to take the tram and then the metro. You can walk about 25 minutes and only take the metro. The breakfast is quite poor.
There are nice place for holiday trip and for longer trip for example 2 and more weeks, because room was fitted with kitchen. But for 2 days it not necessary, because there are near by hotel is wonderful bar Nicce. Every morning we went there and enjoy our breakfast. Location are good. First day we went to center by foot. Next days with tram to Termini and took a metro. Hotel located near by tram, bar, street of shops, where can buy food and fruits. I really enjoy this 3 days in Rome.
I did`t like small at the room.
It is a cozy suite with a kitchenette. There is small courtyard in the middle of the building which is nice. Cooking stuff was not there but the staff provided them when we asked. The suite is not sunny, but clean and comfortable. It is near via del pigneto, which is a lively youthful street for dining.
The suite does not take much sun during the day.
Our rooms consisted of a bedroom, lounge, bathroom and kitchenette. I was not expecting a separate lounge. All of the rooms were clean, modern, well decorated and spacious. Two good restaurants nearby, we used both, one was inexpensive by comparison with others in the centre of Rome. Once we got the hang of the frequent trams (5 & 14) to and from the main rail station (Termini) and the bus station, travel was easy. Five minutes walk to tram followed by 15 minutes on the tram. Good value.
The kitchenette was not not well equipped, only one cup and limited cutlery. This was not an issue as far as we were concerned.
The value for your money at residence Lodi is incredible. We were surprised with the amazing accommodation we got for our money. We ended up staying an extra night.
Although we had a great stay I would let future visitors know not to expect much help from the desk staff. Although they seem nice, they are in no way a concierge and do not speak English - you will have to figure out the area, transport, and tourist information by yourself or through a tourist information center. Also I was a little let down that the internet did not work for me - and because the staff didn't speak English - I could not get the 10 Euros I paid for it refunded. We also had problems with hot water - on the first night I had a great shower, but after that they were always cold (and there was only one person having a quick shower each day so I could not imagine that we over used it).
I stayed in a small, self-contained studio flat,. The bedroom was comfortable with plenty of storage space. The kitchen could have done with a pasta strainer and a bottle opener. It was equipped with a couple of pans , a few plates, 2 mugs, 2 glasses and basic cutlery. There were no condiments provided such as salt, pepper, olive oil - stuff that a tourist might need if they were to cook but which they might not wish to buy. The bathroom was clean and the the flat as a whole was warm and cosy.
The kitchen was only equipped with very basic items.
Good transfer service from/to stazione Termini
Luck of the "bidet"
Goede prijs kwaliteit verhouding.
